At AmberJayCakes, each order is made fresh and prepared just for you. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any food items.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review and make it right if possible.

Please note:

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received
• Orders not picked up during the scheduled time are forfeited
• AmberJayCakes is not responsible for damage once an order has been picked up
