By placing an order with AmberJayCakes, you agree to the following:
General Orders
- Orders require at least 3–5 days notice
- Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received
- All sales are final once confirmed
- Pickup is required at the selected date and time
- Orders not picked up during the scheduled time are forfeited
- AmberJayCakes is not responsible for damage once orders are picked up
Custom Orders
- Custom orders must be submitted through the Custom Orders form
- Submitting a form does not guarantee your order—orders are only confirmed after payment
- Designs are kept simple and aligned with the AmberJayCakes style
- Highly detailed or designer-style cakes are not offered
- Any inspiration photos provided are for reference only and will not be replicated exactly
- Final pricing may vary based on details and add-ons
- Changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted
- Orders must be picked up at the agreed time and location
