How should I store my cake jars?
Store cake jars in the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying for the best flavor and texture. Cake jars can also be stored in the freezer for up to one month after purchase.
How should I store pound cakes?
Pound cakes can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container for a few days, or refrigerated for longer freshness.
How should I store brownies?
Brownies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container and are best enjoyed within a few days.

Do you offer shipping?

Can I place a bulk order?
Yes! We're happy to accommodate bulk orders depending on availability. Please submit a custom order form with your details.
Custom Orders
How do I place a custom order?
Visit our Custom Orders page to review options and submit your order form. We'll follow up with pricing and payment details.
How far in advance should I order?
Orders require at least 3–5 days notice.
When is my order confirmed?
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Do you make wedding cakes?
At this time, we do not offer wedding cakes.
Do you create detailed or designer cakes?
We focus on simple, clean, and classic designs. We do not offer highly detailed or designer-style cakes.
Market & Pickup
Do I need to preorder?
Preordering is highly recommended! We offer limited quantities each week and often sell out.
What happens if I don't preorder?
You're welcome to shop with us at the market, but availability is first come, first served.
How does pickup work?
Stop by the AmberJayCakes tent at the market and share the name on your order—we'll have everything ready for you.
What happens if I miss pickup?
Orders not picked up during market hours are forfeited.
